Cool Pool of Florida is a Florida pool company. Every unit we ship is new, sourced through the manufacturer's authorized channel, and covered by the complete factory warranty, not a third-party or grey-market warranty.
The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by Cool Pool of Florida, and claims are handled directly with the brand. Keep your invoice, it is your proof of purchase date. Some manufacturers require the product to be registered, and some require installation by a licensed professional for the full term to apply, so check the paperwork in the box or call us at (888) 493-8972 and we will point you to the right contact and the right form. Cool Pool of Florida is a licensed Florida pool contractor, CPC1461644.
In stock orders ship this week from our Florida location, nationwide. Shipping method and transit time depend on the size and weight of the item; larger equipment moves by freight.
